These Terms & Conditions describe use of the website and text messaging services provided by Horton Insurance Group LLC.
Insurance Information
Website content provides general information about insurance services. It does not replace an insurance policy, certificate, benefit schedule or explanation from a licensed agent.
Horton Insurance Group LLC is an insurance agency. Insurance is issued by the applicable underwriting carrier. Products, rates, eligibility, benefits, limitations and exclusions vary by insurer, policy and state. Products are offered only where the agency and relevant agent are appropriately licensed and authorized.
Access to a provider network does not by itself identify the underwriting insurer or establish coverage for every service provided by a network provider.
Quotes and Coverage
Quotes are estimates subject to verification, applicable underwriting and policy terms. Submitting a form, receiving a quote or communicating with the agency does not by itself bind coverage, guarantee approval or establish a coverage effective date.
Coverage begins only as provided in the applicable insurer’s issued documents and requirements. Requests to change or cancel coverage must follow the insurer’s and agency’s authorized procedures. Website summaries do not modify an issued policy.
Website Use
Provide accurate information and submit another person’s information only when authorized. Do not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit malicious or unlawful material.
Website content and third-party names, logos and marks belong to their respective owners. Content may be used for personal insurance inquiries; other uses require appropriate permission or legal authorization.
Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms. Website information and availability may change. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Text Messaging Program
If you separately opt in, Horton Insurance Group LLC may send text messages in the categories you selected, including insurance offers and promotional follow-ups, or appointment reminders and requested service updates. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Providing a telephone number or submitting a form does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. We may send one non-promotional message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance or email michael@hortonig.com. We also honor other reasonable requests to withdraw consent as required by law.
If you change or relinquish your telephone number, please notify us so we can update our records. Text delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text messaging is not an emergency service. Do not send medical records, Social Security numbers or payment card details by ordinary text. Text messages do not bind, change or cancel coverage unless the insurer has expressly authorized that process.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices, including our protections for mobile information and SMS consent. We do not sell or transfer SMS consent for another business’s marketing. Reading these terms does not itself provide marketing consent.

Updates
We may revise these terms and update the effective date. Material messaging changes will be handled with notice or renewed consent when required. Updated terms do not automatically expand existing messaging consent or modify an issued insurance policy.
